Refund policy
At Vexed Clovers, we take pride in the quality and unique designs of our apparel. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please read our Exchange & Store Credit Policy carefully as we do not offer refunds on any items.
Exchanges:
We gladly offer exchanges for items that meet the following criteria:
- Unworn and Unused: The item must be in its original condition, unworn, unwashed, and free from any 1 stains, odors, makeup, pet hair, or damage. All original tags must be attached.
- Within 14 Days: You must request an exchange within 14 days of receiving your order.
- Same Item, Different Size or Color: Exchanges are typically processed for the same item in a different size or color, subject to availability. If the desired exchange item is unavailable, store credit will be issued.
How to Request an Exchange:
- Contact Us: Please email our customer support team at VexedClovers@gmail.com. with your order number, the item(s) you wish to exchange, and the desired size or color. Please include photos of the item(s) to help us assess their condition.
- Wait for Approval: Our team will review your request and provide you with an exchange authorization and further instructions if your request is approved.
- Return the Item(s): You are responsible for shipping the item(s) back to us at the address provided in the exchange authorization. We recommend using a trackable shipping method as we are not responsible for lost or damaged return packages.
- Processing Your Exchange: Once we receive and inspect the returned item(s), we will process your exchange request. If the desired item is in stock, it will be shipped to you. If the item is unavailable, store credit will be issued.
Store Credit:
If an exchange for the desired item is not possible, or if you choose not to exchange an eligible item, we will issue store credit for the original purchase price of the item (excluding shipping costs).
- Store credit will be issued via email in the form of a unique code.
- This store credit can be used towards any future purchase on our website, vexedclovers.com.
- Store credit does not expire.
Important Notes:
- Sale Items: Items marked as "Sale" or purchased with a discount code are final sale and are not eligible for exchange or store credit unless the item is faulty.
- Faulty Items: In the unlikely event that you receive a faulty or damaged item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order with photos of the defect. We will assess the issue and offer a suitable resolution, which may include an exchange or store credit.
- Shipping Costs: Original shipping costs are non-refundable. You are responsible for the return shipping costs for exchanges, and we will cover the shipping costs for sending the exchanged item back to you (one-time exchange per order).
- Processing Time: Please allow [Number] business days for your exchange or store credit to be processed once we receive your returned item(s).
