Purchase Options Cancellation Policy
At VexedClovers, we understand that plans may change, but please be aware of the following regarding order cancellations:

Pre-orders: When you purchase a pre-order, you are buying an out-of-stock or soon-to-be-available product not yet in inventory. Once a pre-order has been placed, cancellation is not possible. Due to the custom nature of our pre-order products and the special arrangements made for their production, we cannot accept cancellations once the order is confirmed. If you wish to change or update your pre-order, please do so within 24 hours of placing the order.

In-stock Items: For in-stock items, cancellations can only be made within 24 hours of purchase. After this time, the order will have been processed, and cancellation will no longer be possible.
Changes to Pre-order Items:
Pre-order items are made to your specifications. Once the order is placed, changes (such as size, color, or design) are NOT possible. Please ensure your order details are accurate at checkout.
Changes to In-Stock Items:
For in-stock items, once the order is placed, changes (such as size, color, or design) are not possible. However, if you need to make a change, you may be eligible for an exchange as outlined in our Return and Refund Policy. Please refer to that policy for more details regarding exchanges and eligibility.
