Orders are typically processed within 3-5 business days after they are placed. This includes order verification, quality checks, and packaging. Please note that during high-demand periods (e.g., sales events, holidays, or product launches), processing times may take a bit longer.
Standard Shipping Time
At VexedClovers, we strive to ensure that every product is made with the highest quality materials and craftsmanship. Currently, our shipping time is 30-35 business days, which is slightly longer than usual. This delay is TEMPORARY and is due to ongoing manufacturing processes that are being optimized to better serve our customers.
We are working hard to improve our production timelines, and we appreciate your patience as we strive to bring you the best possible products. We will notify you if the shipping times change, and we hope to return to our usual shipping time as soon as our manufacturing processes stabilize.

Pre-Orders and Delays
If you place a pre-order, please be aware that the shipping time may be longer than the standard 30-35 days. Pre-order items are typically shipped as soon as they become available, but they are subject to supplier availability and production schedules.
We will notify you via email if any significant delays occur with your pre-order. In most cases, we will provide an updated estimated shipping date. However, pre-order delays are an inherent part of ordering items before they are released and we appreciate your patience.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated based on your shipping address, the weight of the items you’ve ordered, and the shipping method you select at checkout. Lost or Damaged Items
VexedClovers is not responsible for lost or damaged packages caused by the shipping carrier. However, we will work with the carrier to resolve any issues you encounter. If your order has been damaged during shipping, please reach out to us at vexedclovers@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your package with photo evidence, and we will assist you in resolving the issue.
Address Accuracy
Please double-check that your shipping address is correct before completing your order. We are not responsible for delays or lost packages caused by incorrect shipping addresses. If you notice an error after placing your order, please contact us immediately at vexedclovers@gmail.com so we can make the necessary changes before your order ships.
Shipping Restrictions

P.O. Boxes: We may not be able to deliver to P.O. Boxes, depending on the carrier. Please provide a physical address if possible.

Undeliverable Packages: If a package is returned to us as undeliverable, we will attempt to contact you for the correct address. If the package is still undeliverable, we will issue a refund minus any shipping fees.
